just taken my xbox to get it chiped and i need to no how to backup games. can i just copy the game 1:1 using nero6 or record now or will i have to extract the iso file wid dvd decrypter and burn the iso. or do i need to do all this bios shit which i dont have a clue abot doing. and that ftp(or wot ever it is) i dont have a clue. so can u please help me
You'll probably have to do the Bios shit since if you get it installed by a company they can't flash your chip so you'll have to do it yourself. You'll have to install a new dashboard too (EvolutionX). And yes you'll have to FTP because to copy a game you have to transfer all the files from the Dvd IN YOUR XBOX to your PC then use IsoCraxtion to make an .ISO file of all the files you transfered and then burn the .ISO with Nero or whatever you want. Sounds easy, no?
