ok i modded my xbox and i believe i made a mistake and i back uped the drives and so i wanna start over can anyone tell me how can i reach the back ups so i can restart?

you probly need to set up a static ip thats what worked for me this link should help if you are running windows xp or 2000 http://www.xbox-scene.com/articles/pc-xbox-ip-conf.php also you can access the backed up files if you softmodded your xbox (im not sure about chips) by booting up with the tray open and clicking "restore mod backup" or "restore MS backup" or at least something to that effect. hope this helps -Kyletoff
