Okay, I know dvd decriptor can read and write iso's from dvd's. But what program can do the same thing for cd-r's? A friend of mine is letting me make a "backup" of his playstation game and I want to burn it to a cd-r. What is the easiest way.
First off incase you do not know this. You can not back up a PS2 game and just put it in your PS2 and play. You will have to have a modchip or swap magic and a fliptop or slide tool for swap maguc to work. Use DVD Decryter/Alcohol 120%/CloneCD Very easy to make a copy of a PS2 disc.
I know I need a modchip. I have one. I also know how to copy ps2 games. But I wasnt asking about that, original playstation was what I was asking about.
You could have asked this in the playsation forum. This is a DVD +/- Forum for baking up DVD's. So you have asked a CD question in a DVD forum plus you have asked a gaming question in a DVD backup forum. You copy it the same as a PS2 game.
also theese forums are for asking about backing up games, and or movies that we own not the one's that we got from our friends or buddies, like larrylje said, next time please use the search button, to post your question in the right forum, hope that helps good luck happy burning have a nice day
@rdmercer1 You are right I didn't see the friend giving him the game. LOL If I would have read it right then I would not have answered do to piracy. @NeinLives Since it seems that you have actually broke 3 of the rules already (Didn't Search/Posted in incorrect forum/Asked about Piracy) take some time to read the rules of the site linked below... http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/2487
