backweb security notice when windows start

    i am having a problem with a window that appears every time i start windows xp its says "backweb security notice a new certificate has arrived for channel updates from hp it will be used to digitally sign the channels contents.do you wish to accept this certificate?................"
    of course i dont accept and the another prompt window to confirm click ok and then its gonne and pc works fine......but i have to do this every time....i tried spykiller, ad-aware ,and eliminate all except this "certificete". i need help..!!

    It's not malware but it's not too far off. That is really HP but they are sneakily trying to get people to download updates from them. You can download updates if you need them so post a hijackthis log and ill see if i can disable it.
