hi all i flashed a eurovox max v (s/w ver 1.0 st4 apr 18 2008)all went well except all the channels on freq. 419.000 are scrambled can i fix this ? cheers
Did you flash with Dec fix? Go to Menu, Installation, press OK on User Installation, Enter pin 0000, Highlight the Freqs 419.000 by pulling down on your remote then press OK so a tick appears at the side then press manual scan which is the "blue button". Leave it to scan usually takes around 30 seconds then exit back to bad channel.
yes i used the december fix and i tried the manual installation no joy, so i flashed it again and same again the picture is scrambled and the sound is stopping and starting on about 9 channels on the 419 freq.and i also did the manual installation still no joy!

Check emulation is turned on, Menu, OK on language settings, press 1968 a new column will show at the bottom make sure its set to enable then save and exit (blue button)
can't find the enable button,when i press 1968 it leads me to nagravision page with a list of providers and a list of things to do with the colour buttons
You must of entered the 1968 twice, Back to TV Menu OK on Language settings. type 1968 and watch your screen a 5th column will show.
yeah did that still no joy ,do you think it might just be something that will fix in a while itself ?maybe that freq is not great at the mo
i have done a deep scan it took a couple of hours with aobout 770 channels but still no joy!i'll just give it back to my mate 120 other channels is better than nothing
Ok, the only reason I was asking whether you had the deep scan option is to make sure the firmware went on. The older firmware didn't have that in the menu. No problem all the best.
