I have this problem playing a dvd MOVIE in my home player that I burn on my pc. But plays fine on my pc. The dvd will start freezing up and blocks coming up. what can be the problem??? I Used dvd shrink 3.2 and nero express 6 the media was sony dvd-r the writer was a lite-on dvdrw SOHW-1673S also tryed 2 other home dvd player get the same thing lockups and blocks.I Burned 7 different movies this weekend and only got 3 out of 7 that didnt have this problem. I was wondering if maybe it might be I don't have something set right in dvdshrink or nero???

Did you burn it slowest speed?
If not, that might be the problame.

Use speed like 2x or max 4x.

Since you have a Lite-On burner you might be better off with DVD+R discs.

    Hi robbyg65,

Burning slow 4x and even 2x solves so many problems...

I burn everthing at 2x, and am pleased with all my results.

Use VSO Inspector v1.1 and run a Scan Test on those other burned media.

I bet you, they will not come up 100% error free !

Good luck and happy burning !
