Bad or Scrambled Channels

I have been watchin my starview box i dont no if it was version 1 or 2 but just recently i have had a lot of channels saying bad or scrambled channels does any1 know how to solve this problem.

 

Where are you based, who are your service provider, what firmware have you on the starview?

 

Do a Factory Re-set, Menu, down to Factory Setting OK, enter 0000 then OK again to confirm then accept Language English OK, Installation OK, then ensure your provider is selected (NTL - TW etc) with arow keys <> then choose Automatic Scan, when complete at 100%, it will show you amount of channels found, exit, exit, to Main Menu and enter 1570 and turn Key Emu ON, you may want to put channels in Alphabetical order at this point so exit back to main menu do this in Channel Edit - exit all the way out to TV and that is you sorted.
