I bought a radeon 9600xt less then six months ago. It is now humming and won't work. (I know, I was warned about these cards.) The card was made by Diamond Viper. I have repeatedly emailed them about returning or replacing card and nothin. Any suggestions on what else I can do. Thanx.

Call them. Let them walk you through diagnosis, if that's part of their policy, but regardless, politely but firmly tell them you want an RMA for warranty.

If the person you are talking to is stonewalling (be sure to write down names), then ask to talk to their boss and work your way up the chain until you get satisfaction. As long as you are yelling and screaming but remain polite and speak resonably, they can't hang up on you.

If that fails check with distributor who you bought it through to see if they will replace it for you, or at least talk to the manufacturer.
Distributors normally deal with RMAs themselves unless stated otherwise for particular items.
