BAND

    I'm starting band! (Finally) My friends are cool with it. But i dont want one of my friends to be in it. I know she will get totally POed. So now im stuck in a band with my little sister when I know I can do totally better. Should I just tell my friend I dont want her in the band?
    Please help!
