Bangkok Dangerous

Ironlung has it on the button just open anydvd and under settings and choose to deselect (not recommended) al setting. With anydvd and clone I am burning right now! Thanks!!!

 

To back up Bangkok Dangerous is really simple. Forget all the slysoft,DVD Fab, Clone DVD or even Rip4Me. You get the complete menu and all the extra. Whats the answer?.....Just use Roxio and copy the disc. Sound silly but It work for me. Did not try Nero ,but probably will work. I hope it will work with all you folks out there.Aloha.....Calvin

mililani, there is no way roxio will work alone, roxio doesn't remove copy protection

 

Bro, I think they took the easy way out and just did a straight copy to a DL disk, leaving all the encryption. Unlike those of us who like to choose what to keep and use single layer disks.

 

yes, I have 3 programs and still cant backup. We need updates.

 

I can't copy this dvd for nada!!!! just updated my Any DVD, doesn't read the dvd at all now. Changed the settings, only got through 42% before errors popped up.

DVD Decrypter didn't work either

 

This was mentioned before for Movie only.

I used an old version of dvdfab decrypter version 3096 and chose movie only and selected movie 1. It copied up to 99.98 percent and popup appeared where I just said ignore all. It finished and I used dvd shrink afterwards and dvd decrypter to burn.

The copy seems fine when I scan parts on my computer but will play it on my player later to check.

 

o.k. trust me roxio works but theres a catch. The movie will play with no problem but heres the catch. I bought this movie and wanted too make three copys for three of my lcd tvs .Using roxio to make copys is the problem it looks like your making copys but it won't play. Too solved the problem use the master copy that you made with roxio and use Nero to make copys for your home use. make sense I hope I did'nt confuse anyone Thanks again Aloha.........Calvin

 

OK, Where can i find Dvd Decrypter version 3096?

 

ok am able to make a copy of the movie (only the movie)by using Ripit4me V. 1.6.6.0 then Encoding it with Dvd Shrink .ripit4me stop at 93% but go ahead and use Shrink in Re-athor ,movie in Title 1. and don't worry bout FixVTS for the movie has so many extras (bull Crap/protection)that wont work.

 

DVD Shrink -> Reauthor mode (don't open disc, go straight to reauthor) -> Title 1, 0 problems. I should mention DVD Shrink works for me most of the time, while failing for others.

 

I'm with ZOSO, there's no way Roxio or Nero would do this movie without a little help removing DRMs-whether SL or DL discs. I don't even think Roxio could shrink it to a SL disc-Recode could and did after the DRMs were removed for me.

If they could do it, they would be sued so fast they'd be gone from the market.

 

dvd fab 5.2.2.2 disable pathplayer main movie title 1

 

Alright...Solution to backup of Bangkok Dangerous
1. install Anydvd 6.5.0.7
2. Install Dvdfab Platium 5.1.2.2
3. insert Bangkok Dangerous
4. after a minute or two, run Dvdfab WITHOUT disabling Anydvd
5. The fox should become red at this point.
6. Exit Dvdfab.
7. Run Clonedvd (or ripper of choice) and be sure to disable bogus titles 20-25.
8. Backup with no problems.

BTW, for new protection which was found on Bangkok Dangerous (US) and Disaster Movie (US), you can turn off PathPlayer and make "Main Movie" copy (select title 1) for now. We are working on it, and it should be supported very soon.

 

excuse my ignorance, i do not know how or where to disable or turn off pathplayer from dvdfab, can anybody help with details? THANKS.

 

updated fab to 5.2.2.2 and backed up movie only (title 1). all is well.
