bank of america android app network unavailable

I just flashed CM9 to my Samsung t679. All went well and everything seems to work except Bank of America app. It can connect over WiFi, but not cell. I tried searching the net and someone else had the same issue, but got no response. I even tried fixing permisions with the cwm and that didn't seem to do anything either.
