I got an e-mail message from easports saying I was banned from using any of their games because I got caught cursing. They blocked all 3 of my game tags not just the one that I was using at the time of the incident. What I was wondering was how do I fix this? Would getting a new username fix this or did they ban my xbox ip address and meaning I have to get another x box?
I think that if you change your IP address it should let you back on. If you have a dynamic IP address just turn your modem off for a while and when you turn it back on you should be able to get on.
do they bann the ip address or the tags .and would i loose my live account if i could change my ip adress
