banned :(

beware people with sammys you most probably will get banned you should unhook your ethernet cable just incase.if i were you id stay well away from live.they might start messin up peoples consoles next and nobody wants that.i think the people who did get banned were all playin on live round about the time and after a reboot we were done for.this is'nt gunna stop its obvious they're gunna keep striking on people at any random time.just watch out cos you might be next!

they already got me.does anybody know how i could get onto one of the free servers like x link kai or cant i even get on them with a banned console?

 

just download them and follow the directions, its pretty straight forward.
xbox connect 5.1 and xlink work as a system link, it fools the 360 into thinking it has another 360 hooked to it, so there is no problem on a bammed conlole.
you may want to use both of them as xbconnect does not have as many 360 games but to me seems a little better for halo.

well boys i think i am the only one with a ms25 that is still not banned.

haven't played a backup and never player crackdown.

i think the reason is im usin the a version.
which only makes it so u can play backups.
but only a matter of time

if your sayng that 5.2a or 5.3a will only play backups your wrong.
the (a) is that the drive will read orig and copt disk at 12 speed.

 

For anyone not banned has your 360 ever been connected to the internet before you flashed? It seems so be a common trend for everyone not banned to never have been on Live before they 1st flashed.

 

i connected to live and downloaded the spring update.
then i modded my xbox with 53.a and im still not banned

I have a m28 modded with 5.3, still up and running.

Yeah i did samething and i m still not banned,i hope they dont ban me but i know they gonna do.Toshiba drive was flashed with 2.3 then i reset to original,then i did dashboard update after that i flashed to 2.4 extreme.

 

im probably gunna wait until the elite comes to england then ill buy one of those for live

 

I have not got banned yet either and I have been playing everyday for hours. I have a Samsung drive with the 5.3 firmware. However, the only games that I play are MLB 2K7 and Battlefield 2 Modern Combat.

 

LOL! it really is amusing how pissed off some people are... for what reason i dont know like they wasnt fully aware of the possible consequences... like this didnt happen all before with the predoccessor. i havent been on live yet, yeah im a bit dissapointed that im probly going to get banned when i do, but hey thats life... u bite microsft eventually there gona turn back around and bite u in the ass.

 

has anybody been banned usuing the NME-360 chip? If they only play orignals online?

and anyone been banned on a silver account?

I have not logged onto XBL since Crackdown beta (download it all Thursday morning till like 4:00 EST). I found out about MS banning consoles that Friday morning [without connecting to Live]. Since 5/18 morning, I have not logged into Live.

I'll go on Live soon just to find out, but first can anyone see their if they are ban from viewing their friends list on Xbox.com (those who's ban already)?

 

im just wonderin is it my account thats been banned or my actual 360?or both?i can still log on to www.xbox.com. im thinkin about buying another console and using that on live and not flashing it with the same gamertag cos i payed for a year.i have noticed that when i run the connection test i click on 'more info' on the right hand side of the bit that says 'NAT' and it says that the console has been banned it does'nt mention the account.has anybody tried using the same gamertag on a different console?
