What are the chances of me getting caught and banned by Microsoft if i do the following?

    1. If i mod my xbox to play downloaded burned or copied games from blockbuster.

    2. NEVER play a game before its official released.
    3. NEVER play a game that isnt STEALTH?
    4. NEVER use MODDED games. Download and Play official releases only.
    5. NEVER play a game ONLINE the Ive downloaded or copied.
    6. Only play online the games that i actually bought.

please let me know if this is good enough to be avoided by Microsoft. Has anybody been banned following those rules? Em i missing some rules? Other things i need to worry about? Your thoughts are appreciated.

how many times do people have to read us say "WE DONT KNOW HOW MICROSOFT BANS!" we dont know what they check for. we dont know if they can detect the firmware, if they can detect discs or what. i play burned games online all the time, im not banned. I have played resident evil 5 already, and it doesnt come out for another week and im not banned. i played halo wars before it came out, and im not banned. we dont know what they check for so we dont know what is safe and what isnt.

cant speak for mikeismad, but ive been modded for a year and a half but i know others here that have been longer.i have no evidence, but i think your best chance of not being banned is ripping games yourself. thats how i do it anyway but who knows for sure.

what do you mean ripping games myself? Like copying games from blockbuster? You don't recommend downloading games from torrent?

bottom line- if you're willing to take the risk of being banned, mod away.if not, dont. no one really knows much more about bannings than you.

I modded my xbox 360, it was a disk drive 78. If I were to only play games i purchased online, would i be banned?

The reason I would like to know is that I am debating trading it to gamestop. Should I unflash it first?

    Thanks
