Batch file to change folder icon in Windows 10

Hey all. Looking for help with a the creation of a Batch file. I have multiple (100's) of folders that i have placed a *.ico (each one is different) file that sms ringtones
I would like to use as the folder icon. I would like to create a Batch file to put into the folder and, when double clicked, would change the icon for that folder to the one I placed in the folder. Any and all advice would be appreciated.
