Is there an easier way to convert compress the video file in a MKV/ogg format and port all the extra data at once?

Currently using media coder and while it can recompress it it can not handle/see the subtitle info and I am rather tired of joining 20 something files at a time....

    multiple process SUCK >>

I think I tried that its ok but I have to drag and drop and slect optins for EACH file...thats much to tidous...

or dose it have an option to re compress the video and keep the rest of it, thats all I really need, rebuilding 20 files is a pain ><

that I know about about but you have to setup each video file indavendaully, looking for a faster way to set it all up before compression.

and last I check it can not recompress the video itself o-o
