Just to let everyone know: Batman begins (2005) Land of the Dead Backup fawlessly just by using DVD shrink alone. P.S I know they don't come out until tuesday, I work in a video store and employees get to take them home a few days early.
It kills me seeing members getting movies early, and I sit here, waiting for Land of the Dead!UGGH! It'll look sweet sitting here along with my day of the dead/dawn of the dead/and the last remake of dawn of the dead.Gotta have my zombie fix. Thanks for the info chaps! Did any of you have to activate anydvd 5.4.4.1?
Thanks for the info, saw Batman Begins at the theater and it was one of the better summer flix. Good to know it won't cause any probs.
Re Batman Begins: I was in a store last night and rented it. Didn't know until this morning that it is due out Tues. Strange! Phil
Hummm that's just a little bit illegal, there are huge fines for violating street dates. Not to mention it's unfair to other retailers. Arrrrg!!!!
I remember when School of Rock came out on DVD. I knew a store that had it on shelves almost 2 weeks prior to it's release date. I would've bought it, but it was $24.99 which is pretty steep. I ended up getting it at Best Buy the day it came out for like $16. lol
Deline - I have no problem at all with people copying rentals, just so you know. But does'nt anyone else here find it a little ironic that you say "Hummm that's just a little bit illegal, there are huge fines for violating street dates. Not to mention it's unfair to other retailers" while you are bringing home a rental and copying it? I don't have a problem with it, just an observation.
Land of the Dead is awesome! I'm definately getting it on Tuesday as well. Also, I'm from Pittsburgh just like George A. Romero himself, so that's great. I'm a big fan of his and Tom Savini's work.
Yeah, it seems a bit hypocritical, but then again ive had the retail Batman for a couple weeks now, thanks to my friends at a video game/dvd rental store, so cant say anything
hello ....i just did batman begins and land of the dead ...no problems too........lets hope it continues like that for movies to come out.....more time for something else....lol
for all you zombie fans out there.. a remake of Day of the Dead is scheduled to be in theaters sometime in 2006
I had a feeling there would be a remake of Day of the Dead since both Night of the Living Dead and Dawn of the Dead were remade. I wouldn't be surprised if they remade Land of the Dead and released it in a few years from now. lol
