    Hey guys,

I just bought BF2 from used at amazon and the DVD is all scratched up. It does seem to work fine but thought I better make a back up just in case. I used nero first to make an image, it seemed to work fine and I installed the game from it. However every time I click to play the game it errors saying "please insert BF2 Disk". I then used DVD decrypter to make an image, but the same problem occurs. Has anyone had/solved this problem or no of a different program to use?

    Thanks,

    Matt

It cant be done, send it back or buy a new one. The encryption on new gameswill not let you play a copied disk. There is no burning software as of this date that will make a playable copy of BF2.

just to let anyone who is interested know; if you make an image with alcohol 120% then you can play it from your HDD with a virtual DVD drive (e.g. demon tools). however like mark says you cant burn this image to a dvd, as it wont work.
