BattleField 2 - NO DVD - Please help, this issue is a bit different

Hi guys,

I was reading some issues that other people have encountered on the forums regarding BF2 and no DVD. I have a similiar problem, but not the same, so I thought I should post it and see if any of you have been able to fix this.

I have a perfectly fine installed copy of BF2, that has a fine working key. The only problem is that I don't have the original DVD. I downloaded the game online, and installed it from that. Now, I was able to use a no CD crack, however when I go online and play, PunkBuster kicks me after a few minutes. I read a few pages, and found out PB will always kick if you use a no cd crack. So I'm thinking maybe I should mount it, I read on the forums that it still doesn't work. So could you guys help me out?
