Hey, I have battlefield 2 and play it all the time.. I just starting playing it 2 days ago tho and the first rank is called a "private" and it keeps saying after I kill somebody, "congratulations, you have upgraded your rank to a "private first class," though it NEVER registers it.. it probably said that 4 times. I've waited for matches to end, I've restarted, joined different servers, and still they always congratulate me though I am always a "private" and can never upgrade my weapons or do anything because I can't get past that... Does anyone have any idea what's wrong? Thanks.
You have to wait for the round to be over, or you wont get any of the points or badges/ribbons etc that you got.
