hi is anyone having troubles with a downloaded battlefield bad company 2? I have now used 2 dual layers and each time I have the same problem. The game burns fine using Imgburn 4X Pioneer burner but it is whilst I play the game where i get problems, which are:- 1)The textures dissapear 2)When I switch weapons the gun dissapears and all I can see are my crosshairs and I cannot see the gun I am holding anymore. 3)I cannot fire or use my weapons when I press the fire button. 4) WHen I die and the game starts from last checkpoint the screen goes all black and I have to restart my machine. I normally get my files from piratebay but this time I downloaded from a site called s7 or something. Any advise would be appreciated. Ste
the same thing happened to me.. sometimes the weapon the screen just dissapears, the screen turns black and other times the game freezes at the loading screen. a few times i got the disc is unreadable error. i still played through the entire game like that but im not sure as to why the game is like this
hi yes those problems occur aswell. So I guess it is a problem with the rip and what is being distributed. Not my discs or way I am burning the game. I wont waste any more DVD's now.
install to the hard drive and then try, these problems happen in the retail copy too but very infrequently
Hi fella, Cheers i never thought of that, i will try that tonight when i get home. I hope only that i can copy games to the hard drive, since my concole is banned. Fingers crossed i can and the game then works flawlessly. How come the rc has the same probs too? Are people returning their games back?
I guess it is because I have a PAL region console, so this is affecting PAL games. I don't have a J-Taged console unfortunately so NTSC games wont work for me :-(
I get this with GTA4 with textures disappearing and I cant install to the HDD as its banned so I just have to deal I guess
Then I guess that applies for me aswell :-( Unless there is a way of activating the install to disc function again on a banned console? The BC2 problems are more worse than GTA4, another thought is that the laser could be on its way out. I dunno, it is baizarre and has no explanation.

Had the same same problem EXACTLY, Have try burning 3 dvds (All verbatim at 2.4x) now, using different isos The last thing , I copied to my HDD, havent tryit though, BUT it's kind of relaxing know that I'm not the only with this bizarre problems
