lol...alright, I was wondering if he ATi 9100(Radeon 9200 based) chipset could run Battlefield 2 on at least low settings? It shares 128MB of RAM with my system and the chipset is integrated with this motherboard http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16813139147 I currently have 512MB DDR RAM(PC2700), and maybe if I got one more stick of PC 3200 512MB DDR RAM it would run??? And if i got DDR RAM and the integrated video card shares the memory, my video memory would be 128MB DDR shared right? hehe thanks.
according to the soyo site, will share 128meg of main ram to video. what cards does the game want to play??
yeah i know that, but if my memory is 1gb DDR RAM, then the video ram would be 128MB [bold]DDR???[/bold]cuz the video memory would be shared with my system memory, and my syste memory is DDR. am i right???
Aight nice, Battlefield 2 has minimum of 128MB video ram, so i guess i meet the minimum. And would my video be faster if i got another stick of 512MB DDR that was PC3200?? cause what i have now is 512MB of PC2700 RAM.
if have 1 stick of 2700 & the 2nd is 3200 then the pc3200 will run as pc2700. does the game support ati 91/9200 video cards??
Ahhh i see...i didnt know that. Thanks for all the help. And yeah i think i saw somewhere that 9200 cards work on Battlefield 2, but you have to switch them from 8X AGP to 4X AGP. Than they work, but I dont know about integrated. I guess ill go research some more on that. Thanks again!
Well holy crap, I just found out that Battlefield 2 supports Radeon 8500. Radeon 9200 or 9250 were not mentioned. I know 9250 works tho...gotta change from 8X to 4X AGP as i said before.
don't count on the list being accurate as supposedly a bit outdated & inaccurate. check game site for patches, updates & faq.
