BDMV TO dvd5

    hi all. i have got a folder on my pc i got from a friend.
    its a live show and as they didnt have a blueray burner it was sent to me as data.

    anyway im unsure if this is the correct section but as i want to be able to get this onto dvd5 thus the reason i post in this section.

    the files i have are as follows in the bdmv folder located on pc

    CLIPINF
    PLAYLIST
    STREAM
    INDEX.BDM
    MOVIEOBJ.BDM

    total size 12.3 gig

    other info which light be of some use
    Filmed With SONY HDR-SR10
    Quality: HDCam 1080i
    Container: BDMV
    Video Codec: H.264
    Audio Codec: AC3
    Video: H.264/AVC (MPEG-4 AVC), 1920x1080, ~ 16.200 kbps, 25.000 fps
    Audio: AC3, 48 kHz, 448 kb / s, 6sh (L, C, R, Ls, Rs + LFE)

    how would i get these onto a dvd5 or the ps3 so i can watch it.
    i dont have a BD Burner so any help is appreciated

    This might be away to watch it on your computer.
    Get VLC Player, it`s free.
    Navigate to the bdmv folder, right click on it, and look for (Play with VLC media player), left click that. Should play. If not the stream folder has the playable files in it. Open
    it and try to play each file. Good Luck

    thanx for the tip, did that and works ok.. a little jumpy but that might be my pc.

    is there also a solution to copy to dvd5

    I can`t help on the DvD5 thing. I`m new to this HY DEF stuff myself.
    There other people at After dawn that can help for sure.
    Maybe something to check out is BD Rebuilder it from here, FREE.
    They also have a good thread.

    well i appreciate the help you have gave me so thank you.
    as for the BD Rebuilder i did try that but the format i have is not recognized in that program.

    the files i do have in the stream folder are
    00006.MTS
    00007.MTS
    00008.MTS
    00009.MTS
    00010.MTS
    00011.MTS
    00012.MTS

    so im unsure if i have to convert these 1st, again like you im new to this and its all confusing to me as never heard of %99 of the tech talk that mentioned lol
