If you sign up for the free bearshare program, is it illegal to download MP3's from it. If so wh ywould they make it possible, just shut down the free version and only have the pay version. If it isnt illegal then that is a good place to get music and videos from.
its actually quite complicated. in some places it's illegal, but file-sharing programs like Bearshare and Kazaa don't seen to be illegal either, if they are, then why are they still running? know what i mean? it's all really confusing, so i just ignore it and download
