belkin pf20 home theater optimizer/ surge protector

    Just wandering if haveing this will give my hdtv display and surround sound a better, clear picture. Need advice before I decide to keep.
    Will this make any difference to what I currently have?

    I currently have a very clear picture and sound, also am using a regular strip power surge protector.

    no it will not if you have a good picture now using that unit will not improve your pictue or sound Some makeers of equipment will try to make you think that it will
