Does anyone know the universal remote code for this reciever, or any Bell remote - or where I can find it? I want to program my universal remote to control my 6100 Bell reciever. Thanks in advance.
I just got a 6100(kickass HDTV by the way) and I was reading the instructions. It says you can use the 6100 remote to automatically program other remotes. Didn't read how to do it. The manual is online at www.expressvu.com

Whatever - the embedded smart card won't hinder people coming up with hacks for it. Next thing for the Bell reciever is going to be a reflashable chip very similar to a console mod chip you just solder into the reciever for free satelite goodness. Just a theory here - don't quote me!
But really, I know the model 6000 is like 4-5 years old but whats better about the 6100? Does it have a dvi output?
