I am having some problems with nero. Nero says I should check my firmware. I did that (G7Z9) and so I went to the Benq site for the latest and greatest firmware which was G7T9. When I tried to flash it I was told that the G7Z9 was newer than the G7T9. This confuses me. Now is it even possible that I have a version that seems to be more than 5 iterations newer than what they feel is their latest and greatest? I tend to beleive I should update my firmware with the G7T9 but I thought I would ask the question first. I have also emailed Benq but they are not the swiftest when it comes to answers. thank you.............
BenQ hasn't made burners in two years, so you aren't going to find any new firmware at their site. The firmware that you have now should be good to go, with Nero. What problems are you having?
