I have flashed many samsung drives in the past and they went fine. now im trying to flash my first benq. Im using the flashing the 360 for noobs guide and iprep, It all goes fine until i get to the part where I type in the command (dben 1234567 12345) which I use my serial# I type y and hit enter and it just stayes at 0x80 no matter what, even when I turn the 360 on and off nothing changes. thats where im stuck! im using the iprep ntfs dos cd version becaues my pc wont boot from usb.

I have a via chipset and have uses it to to many samy drives with no problems. any help is appreciated, thanks

man that worked! I dumped my benq firmware. Now how do I confirm its a good dump? firmware toolbox 4.0 says (firmware version not supported or not a valid firmware) i assume the beng firm dumps dont work with it. so what do i use to check it out with and read my key like i usually do with my sammy drives?

never mind i see there is a new firmware toolbox 4.6 it worked.

the only weird thing is in order to get all of this to work i had to turn the 360 and pc on both at the same time other then that it was normal.

thanks for all your help its flashed and working fine!
