I bought a BenQ DW1640 from Neweeg.com, but it came without a installation disc. Where can I get the software to install it? Thanks!
I just received my newegg benq 1640 that I ordered over the weekend on their special deals. This also was drive only,no software. What windows O/S do you have? XP home automatically hooked it up for me. Most peeps said this drive needs the latest update. I will edit that website in when I come across it. Edit: Seems to be BSLB is the latest update,it looks to be a different version altogether and doesn't even match up to my BSJE firmware. I will have to investigate it before attempting to update it.
