Hi,have been reading afterdawn for a year now, started with 0 knowledge, now thanks to afterdawn, I've learned quite. HOWEVER,there is so much on Shrink/decryptor, I just want an easy software that produces the quality EXACTLY as the original with regards to copying DVD9 movies about 8GB. I tried the trial 1Click and Cloner 2(Slysoft), it seems 1CLick was better, but today I download the 1Click trial and compressed, it was worst than AoA. Has How would you compare AoA? I read a post a senior member (forgot name) now in Kuwait, he said 1Click is crap, really? He said DVD Copy should be better. I normally need to burn 3 copies of the same DVD9 movies and have no tiem to look watch thru even one. So I would need a stable software, then someone posted this month, Intervideo not reliable. So you see, so hard to decide. My priiority is QUALITY and no problems watching from begining to end of movie.Anyone who has experimented quality difference, pls reply. I don't want Shrink, pls don't incl that. Too hard for me.Thks so much.

ICOPYDVDs2 is a great, simple program that produces a high quality backup .. the problem for you would be is that after you make one copy it deletes the original image and you'd have to repeat the entire procedure ...

Thanks Senior member. When you say this, I take it that i gives a perfect copy each time (no freeze, mosiac etc)without my having to test-watch every copy? Does it produce a good movie only compression? (I like to split and compress every movie)1Click produced a good split but poor quality compression compared to others. Out of curiousty, is quality better than Clone 2? Any ideas on AoA?

You mean with OneCopyDVD2, I will not have a copy of the movie in my temp file in my computer? If so, can you recommend another prog - with EXACT QUALITY in mind. Thks

i wouldn't call them 1click transcoders but, when it comes to quality, nothing beats nero recode2 and shrink. as i said, speaking of transcoders.

ICOPYDVDs2 does not allow for DVD-9 to (2)DVD-5 splitting ... maybe you need something like CloneDVD along with AnyDVD ...

Get yourself a 21 day free trial an both programs here:
    http://www.slysoft.com/en/

The link for ICOPYDVDs2 is here:
    http://www.icopydvds2.com/

Nero is an excellent program which, using Recode2 and NeroVisionExpress3 will do almost anything you need done as far as backing up, processing, burning audio and video .. but it is not a '1 click' or even a 2 or 3 clicks program ...
    Free Nero7 trial here:
    http://ww2.nero.com/enu/index.html

I love my Sonic (but can't compress or split)for DVD5 copy n burn and do not want to use nero. I just want a copy software that can copy (split)and produce EXACTLY as the original and give a good movie only compression and kept in temp file in HD. Then I can burn with my own LG burner. Is there any better copy quality than Slysoft. If I look real close, the copy is not as sharp as the original.Help again, if anyone has done other 1 or 2 or 3 click software comaparisions

If you want to split or copy with menus and leave unwanted stuff out, CloneDVD2 is the tool to use. :)

i personally would suggest dvd-rebuilder. it´s a free program that makes perfect copies. it takes longer, but it´s worth waiting.
dvd-rebuilder + hc enc = best quality for free.

    just suggestion.

i forgot to say that it has one click mode. so everything you have to do is set it up for movie, and click one button. what you have in the end is bunch of vobs, that represent your movie.
and burn it with nero, or shrink, or whatever program you like.
