Here in Oz we have a lot of 576i broadcasts. I have done a lot of research on buying a new Full HDTV and have nearly settled on a good all rounder. The Panasonic TH-50PZ700A. This model is a little older that the 800A and now the new 850A but I can get a great price by sacrificing age. I will be watching blu-ray a lot hence the 1080p purchase. But, As I want to watch our local TV broadcasts I am a little concerned about the upscaling ability. Does anyone know much about this technology or who might be able to suggest another model that will do both jobs?
