    Go to http://java.com/en/download/installed.jsp

That will update and test the installation of Java on your computer.

What's wrong with the cookie management that comes with windows? Internet Options > Privacy.

You can specify which cookies you want to keep or block there.

I recommend Webroot Spysweeper as one of the best on the market for Spyware, AdWare, and Malware removal. It's not free but it works well and is regularly updated.

Norton hasn't got any better, but it's got a lot bigger and now has been accused of installing Root Kit type modifications to your registry.

I dout IE cookie settigns will effect Firefox *L* I found some exstions that I am testing out premit cookies is ok but I would rather have it auto denie all cookies unless I say otherwise.

Spysweeper eh I will try it see if it can find more than scan spyware.

I didnt think norton has gotten better, Spysweeper is not a AV program is it? should I just stick with Kaspersky?

    thanks for your help!!!! ^^
