best cable box for carlow?

    living on the outskirts of carlow town and have just got chr/n"l box in,its the new digital one with cable apparently,was wondering which box will work best, tried a dream 500dc from a mate in dublin but cant seem to work it..anyone in my situation?,would love your imput,cheers!

    well if you ca n find out if your chourus mmds or nthl mmds or true cable and we can help you at a guess it would ba a t varient box you might need

    just look under the box and see what it says, DVB t or DVB C
