What exactly do you mean by "burn a DVD"? If you already have the DVD compilation on your computer, be it in the form an ISO or a folder, and want to transfer it to a DVD playable in a standalone DVD player, then ImgBurn will do that. ISO or folder. If you actually misuse the term "burn", and instead you want to compile a DVD Video first, convert from different sources, like downloaded AVIs or whatever, to DVD, then ImgBurn cannot do that. Nero Vision will do it, and so will DVD Flick( free).
I used Super DVD Creator. http://www.afterdawn.com/software/video_software/video_tools/super_dvd_creator.cfm . Before I purchase that I googled beside my computer all day and found this software. It worked perfectly.
