Please can anyone recommend me a good MPEG-2 splitter?
I've recorded TV programmes off DVB-T for timeshift purposes [not copyright infringement], and I wish to split them into two separate programmes.

Both are 30 minutes long, but I don't want them as one MPEG.

They are saved in MPEG-2 format.

VirtualDub doesn't support MPEG-2, so anyone know of any decent alternatives to this which are good MPEG-2 splitters?

Mpg2Cut2 is hard to use; it stays stuck on one scene, so I can't tell where I'm going with it.

Thanks for your help so far.
Mpg2Cut2 wasn't that useful; would Avidemux work with files that have the FFDShow codec integrated into them - all MPGs saved from the DVB-T are FFDShow-encoded.
