So im interested in getting a new graphic card and its not for gaming at all. I have a hard time trying to watch clips on the web like youtube, or anything else and its getting annoying. everything seems jagged. I have a Dell dimension 4600 with a intel 3.2 ghz processor. 1.5 ram. and a 120mbs graphic card. i think my card is giving out cause its getting worse.

so any recommendation on something cheap and and solid for daily web use. not so much gaming

If everything is original in your computer than you probably have a agp slot.
The ATI X1650 512 MB AGP VIDEO (bout 55.00) is a good basic card that can reach the high resolutions needed by the newer LCD monitors. I've use this card and it never had problems with youtube videos.
A more powerful card at about the same price is the ASUS Radeon HD 3450 Video Card agp, if you have a high end LCD monitor this will work better for you.

There are some cheaper agp cards but they might not reach the high resolutions needed by the newer LCD's. Most require resolutions of 1440x900 or higher.
