    So is 'Xbox backup creator' a program used on your pc to transfer and dump iso's to external hdd?

    Yes, just open the ISO using their explore feature. Make a folder on the HDD that you want to transfer to. Now just right click on the image name in XBC and you'll get the extract option. Tell it to extract to the folder you made.
