how about a whole section dedicated to photoshop and sigs

 

Somehow, i feel that that won't happen...

 

already have a sig thread... and not everybody uses photoshop. Me for one! *stomps off muttering something about crappy windows compatable over expensive junk..*

 

the fiend u just know how to make sigs

but why not i mean one thread has over 1000 posts and there are a bunch of conversations in it if there is a section there will be more direction and more people will get their questions answered

I was trying to be polite seeing as the season and everything.... What I really meant to say was ***** ******* ******* *** **** ********** ***** (edited due to heavy duty bad language and explicit content) ..where I come from the word isn't dummy.. it's dikwad!..nasty saying, almost as good as f-wit!!
And since when did AD become the "this is a MOUSE. It moves a little pointer on the screen (that's on the monitor)..move the cursor (little pointer) over the box on the screen and click the LEFT button" helpline?

(not you j-bone.. I know you are more advanced with computers than that, but I do wonder about some of the idiots we get...just waiting for my hair to dry and playing with some sarcasm)

 

Getting back on topic here I feel like its a good idea, but i feel first we have to find if it is wideley used soo it would be worth making another room for it.

I find maybe we can have a section designated for grapic desighns as a general thing that covers the whole spectrum. Unless that is already covered in the digital phography room. Just my 2cents.

 

No problems with the graphic design applications, but there are heaps of sites that do that. Photoshop specifically is too narrow, I don't use it and most graphic artists I know on the net tend to use professional or free applications of which there are about 50.
Theres nothing stopping anybody making a photoshop Q&A thread in the "any other" forums, or perhaps in the digital photography.

 

well look at the consoule thread thats full of stupid pointless junk? besides there are so many dimensions to photoshop and so many different photoshops it would be good besides do what u do best ban people that dont follow rules

That's it. And apart from building my sig one night when I was bored, I haven't used them for anything serious. It's really a quite small field of interest. There are some excellent graphic design sites, like http://x111.com which are worth a look for ideas and help with applications. For feedback there's tokyopop.. not really my scene, I'm no expert in this field.
