best modchip

    i'm trying to buy a modchip but don't know which one is the best out there. can somebody tell me which modchip will let me use original, backups, and run live?

    I suggest you go with the Xecuter 2 Lite. It will allow you to all those things.

    X2 Lite/Pro or Matrix (I went with the Matrix)...both chips will do it all for you. If u.r. queasy 'bout soldering directly onto the Xbox's MB then go with the no-solder Matrix. Otherwise I'd have to agree that the X2 Lite is the better option.

    There is also a no-solder adapter (pogo pins) for the Xecuter 2s. But I really suggest that whatever chip you buy you solder it. I had my Xecuter installed with the pogo pins and after about a week and a half it was already slipping off when I moved my Xbox. It's really not that hard to solder. I installed mine with no problems and I didn't have any real exerience.
