best movie editing software?

    can anyone tell me the best editing software for making a family dvd.i have windows movie maker as it is.i also would like to know how to use slo-motion within the dvd windows movie maker has no option for that. thanks

    I like Roxio Creator 2009. It does what you want.

    I don't know if the latest version of N-ero does, but it is another option.

    i know an editing software SPAM. but i don't know you need it or not,. you can try.
