Hey I have been a member for a long time but I just havent posted. Hopefully this isn't to out of line, I just would like to know the best place to buy this cd. I look at some of the sites that sell it and to be honest they look very shady. If you guys had a good experience with a place please share it because I would really like to get this product. Im not trying to encourage plugs I would just like to know a good reliable place to buy from, and this is the best place to do it.

I bought from www.hdloader.org and it was fast and great! They still have product in stock even though HDLoader has been discontinued!

The Memory card trick is fine.... but you still need something to swap with and it's a pain. Unless you are really short of cash, save yourself the hassle everytime you want to play a game and buy the original at http://www.hdloader.org -- and while you can! Once the supplies are gone, they are gone for good!

HDAdvance is NOT better than HDLoader. It's HDLoader, hacked, and worse because you need 2 separate CD's. Don't be fooled!

what's the main difference between the hd loader and the hd advance? I just ordered the hd advance and want to know if I just wasted my money on it. If it does the same thing as the regular one, I don't care, but if it doesn't work, I'll cancel the order.

Oh yeah, and what's that slide tool all about?

hdadvance same as the hacked version of the HDLOADER just different looking (colors and eg. PLAY is now RUN labeld).

the slidecard tool is used to allows those without a modchip to insert a backup/import media (forcing the tray to eject) so it can be installed with the HDLOADER. some sites sell this for like $8 bucks. We include it for free.

I used my friend's hdloader on my ps2 and it worked fine. Will the hd advance work as well or will I need to use that tool thing?

if you are using original media (or your machine has a chip) then no slidecard tool is needed. but the slidecard tool is used if you are trying to install a backup/import on an unmodded machine.
