Best Player for Burned Discs

    I burn on Taiyo Yuden discs using DVD Fab Platinum and Nero Vision, and these are the majority of the discs in my overall collection. My Oppo player has problems with some of these discs, while it plays fine on my computer. Are any brands, whether it be Sony or Philips etc, well known for handling a wide variety burned discs?

    Hi,

    (-) R discs play universally well. If you are using (+)R discs, then they need to be booktyped/bitset to dvd-rom for best playability on stand alone dvd players.
