Best program for cutting avi files

    For conversion of PAL TO NTSC I USE;
    ConvertXtoDvd 3.0.0.9

    VOB TO ISO;
    ImgTool 1.2.1 for Nero 6.6

    ISO TO VOB;
    IsoBuster 2.3 Build 2.3.0.1

    Backup burn DVDs;
    ImgBurn 2.4.1.0

    What is the best program to use to cut/edit Large AVI files, so I can just cut pieces that I want without RE-ENCODING the entire avi which is unnessary since avi files play in cut sections?
