best program to burn vcds??

    best program to burn vcds?? any suggestions

    For just burning I don't think it matters. For authoring, try VCD Easy.

    thanks for help mate i have been using nero and it has not been working saying i need certain ultimate edition when i already have it .. i will try this thanks again ..
