Hi all, I need to rip DVD-movies to DIVX-AVI format.Can u guide me which is the best tool for it and which codec gives the best results.
The name Intervideo DVD Copy 5 comes to mind, I dont remember the specifics but I remember it lets you rip a movie to numerous formats. And sorry but thats all the info I got, wish I could have been more help.

By the way someone told me it does not depends on the ripper tool you are using rather the codecs which u r using to rip the movie through the tool.I use MAGIC DVD RIPPER and use a DIVX 5.02 which doesnt satisfy me..Can any one tell me how to overcome this I need to know a proper codec which gives optimal performance in playing the movie...ALSO if u have heared the movies ripped by aXXo are way to fine..Can anyone tell me which codec he uses??
