    Hi guys

Basically I want an offline satnav (since I do not have unlimited data plan) and for it to be as good as a garmin or tomtom (do either do satnav for android?).

So have tried the aura download, but said I needed 3d acceleration when trying to run it on my wildfire. Tried Ndrive, but they only offered 7 day trial on the map, waste of download tbh :p.

Since I am hardup after christmas, there any good free satnavs for android or anyone got a link to a shady copy of a good satnav lol, much appreciated.

use the app called "car home" it's sorta a reskinning of the normal GPS function to make it look/behave more like a traditional car GPS unit. it might already be installed on your phone as it's made by google
