Best Screen Capture Utility

Hi. What is the best screen capture program? I already use the Windows PrintScreen key, which is ok but I'm looking for something more. I need one with an integrated editor, so it can be edited directly after you take a screenshot. I looking for a program that will allow you to add text, arrows, and captions. I would also like one that can do timed screenshots that are taken at specific intervals, one after another.

I tryed FastStone Capture, its good but I would like to try others.

Any reply will be greatly appreciated.

 

I use Snagit, but you have to buy it.

Never mind, I googled it and found a trial on download.com. I like it, but the sound that it makes when it captures a screenshot is a little annoying. I know I can turn it off but I wish it was just a better sound.
