Best skin changing prgram?

can anyone tell me the best skin changin program?
like windowblinds, etc..

i wanna change my skin bad without messin up my comp, windowblinds was sloooowww.... i fogot y i removed it, i think it did somin wrong to my computer.

That's nonsense. I've used style XP, it works perfectly.
Maybe the other guy's copy of style xp was infected with a virus, but style xp itself is not a virus!

 

My windowblinds works perfectly...not slow at all, it could be the version you had....

 

Well alot of skins for Style Xp have spyware tagged along with but I would recommend Windows Blinds

 

Just use StyleXP or WindowBlinds, the problem is many skins are infected when using either of the programs, so be careful where you get your skins.
