Best smart card programer?

    whats the cheapest smart card programer i can get that will make dtv and dn acces cards? where should i buy it from? dtv aint going to sue me jsut for buying one are they? where can i find instructions on how to program the cards and where do they post the newest cracksfor them?

    i have DEFINATLY read posts from PROMINANT posters in this forum that were RECENT where thy were discussing where to find these cracks and how to program them into coolsat5000s.

    all i rely want to know is where to buy the correct smart card programmer... that im sure isnt against the rules.
