Best software for Mp4 on my Samung D600

    Hi,

    I've been trying to covert some VOBs to MP4's to play on my Samsung phone. I think the codec is supposed to be H264 AVC although I could be wrong. I also would like to set them to the screens native 320x240.

    Can anyone recommend some software that would do that? Preferably freeware and all-in-one (although I already own Nero 7 if that helps.)

    I doubt it can play AVC. Nero can encode to AVC and MPEG-4 Part 2 though for freeware you have x264 for AVC and XviD or libavcodec for MPEG-4.
